Easy Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies

Makes 12-15 brownies

Easy to bake with the addition of only three ingredients, these gluten free brownies are simply delightful.

Free from Gluten, Egg, Soya, Wheat, Nuts
Vegetarian, Without crystal sugar

Ingredients

Change Quantities:
  1. Pre-heat the oven.
  2. Line a 20x25cm/8x10” baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Empty the brownie mix into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the milk and stir into a batter.
  5. Add the melted butter to the bowl and beat well until combined.
  6. Tip the mixture into the prepared tin.
  7. Bake for 12 – 15 minutes.
  8. When cold cut into squares or rectangles.

220˚C, Fan 200˚C, 425˚F, Gas 7
