Easy Gluten Free Coffee Chocolate Brownie

Makes 12-15 brownies

Deliciously squidgy brownies with a subtle hint of coffee baked using FREEE Chocolate Brownie Mix. The mix can also be used to make Vegan Gluten Free Brownies or Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies.

Free from Gluten, Egg, Soya, Wheat, Nuts


Change Quantities:
  1. Pre-heat the oven.
  2. Rub some oil around the inside of a 20x15cm/8x6” baking tray or insert a baking liner.
  3. Empty the chocolate brownie mix into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add a heaped tablespoon of instant coffee and stir to combine.
  5. Add the cream and stir into a smooth batter.
  6. Add the melted butter and beat well until combined.
  7. Tip the mixture into the prepared tray, spreading it out to the edges.
  8. Bake for 14-17 minutes.
  9. When cold cut into squares or triangles.
  10. Sieve icing sugar over the cold brownies.
