Easy Gluten Free Cappuccino Brownies

Makes 12-15 brownies

These delicious gluten free brownies offer something a little different with a subtle hint of coffee.

Free from Gluten, Egg, Soya, Wheat, Nuts
Vegetarian, Without crystal sugar

Ingredients

Change Quantities:
  1. Pre-heat the oven.
  2. Line a 20x25cm/8x10” baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Empty the brownie mix into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add a heaped tablespoon of instant coffee and stir to combine.
  5. Add the cream and stir into a batter.
  6. Add the melted butter to the bowl and beat well until combined.
  7. Tip the mixture into the prepared tin, spreading it out to the edges.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes.
  9. When cold cut into squares or rectangles.
  10. Sieve icing sugar over the cold brownie.

Equipment

20x25cm/8x10” baking tray, parchment paper and mixing bowl.

220˚C, Fan 200˚C, 425˚F, Gas 7
