Easy Gluten Free American Breakfast Pancakes

Makes 12 pancakes

We like to serve these super easy, American style pancakes for a breakfast treat.  Just add milk and a little oil to the FREEE pancake mix.  These fluffy pancakes are delicious with any syrup or fresh berries.

Free from Gluten, Egg, Soya, Wheat, Nuts
Vegetarian, Without crystal sugar

Ingredients

Change Quantities:
  • 300g FREEE Pancake Mix
  • 320ml milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • oil, for pan
  • syrup or berries to serve
  1. Empty the pancake mix into a large jug, add the milk, oil and beat well.
  2. Oil the inside of a non-stick frying pan and heat it up.
  3. Pour batter into the pan to make 8cm/3” circles.
  4. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, until the base is golden.
  5. Turn the pancakes over and cook the other side.
  6. Transfer the pancakes to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Serve with your choice of syrup and berries.
