Easy Gluten Free American Breakfast Pancakes

Makes 12 pancakes

We like to serve these super easy, American style pancakes for a breakfast treat.  Just add milk, a little oil and eggs to the FREEE Pancake Mix.  These fluffy pancakes are delicious with any syrup or fresh berries.

Ingredients

Change Quantities:
  • 2 eggs
  • 250ml milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 FREEE Pancake Mix
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • oil, for pan
  • syrup and/or berries, to serve
  1. Break the eggs into a mixing bowl, add the milk and oil and beat well.
  2. Add the pancake mix and sugar and beat in to a smooth thick batter.
  3. Rub some oil around the inside of a non-stick frying pan and heat it up.
  4. Pour the batter into the pan to make 8cm/3” circles.
  5. Cook on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes, until the base is golden.
  6. Turn the pancakes over and cook the other side.
  7. Transfer the pancakes to a warm plate.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  9. Serve immediately with your choice of syrup and berries.
