Ingredients: 250 g creme fraiche (or 200g coconut milk + 2tbsp lemon juice); 150 g parmesan cheese (or vegan parmesan); salt and pepper; 500 g Freee Brown Rice Fusilli; 150 g rocket

Quick and easy to make, this delicious creamy pasta dish is just perfect for an evening treat. This simple meal uses only just a few fresh ingredients and is ready in no time!

Ingredients

250g creme fraiche (or 200g coconut milk + 2tbsp lemon juice)
150g parmesan cheese (or vegan parmesan)
salt and pepper
500g Freee Brown Rice Fusilli
150g rocket

Gently heat the crème fraiche in a large frying pan.
Grate the cheese and stir half into the pan, season well with salt and pepper.
Bring a large pan of salted water to a rapid boil and cook the pasta.
Drain the pasta and add it to the crème fraiche and mix well.
Stir in the rocket and serve with the remaining grated cheese.
