Gluten Free Creamy Rocket Fusilli

Serves 4

Quick and easy to make, this delicious creamy pasta dish is just perfect for an evening treat. This simple meal uses only a few fresh ingredients and is ready in no time!

Ingredients

Change Quantities:
  • 250g creme fraiche (or 200g coconut milk + 2tbsp lemon juice)
  • 150g parmesan cheese (or vegan parmesan)
  • salt and pepper
  • 500g Freee Brown Rice Fusilli
  • 150g rocket
  1. Gently heat the crème fraiche in a large frying pan.
  2. Grate the cheese and stir half into the pan, season well with salt and pepper.
  3. Bring a large pan of salted water to a rapid boil and cook the pasta as per instructions on the back of the packet.
  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the crème fraiche and mix well.
  5. Stir in the rocket and serve with the remaining grated cheese.
