Chocolate Teff Brownies

Makes 12-16 brownies

A sophisticated version of the classic chocolate brownie bake. These brownies are also delicious when made with raw chocolate, palm sugar or coconut oil.

Free from Gluten, Soya, Wheat, Nuts
Vegetarian, Wholemeal


Change Quantities:
  1. Line a 17x22cm/7x9” baking dish with parchment paper and pre-heat the oven.
  2. Put the flour, baking powder and sugar into a bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Add the egg, milk and vanilla and beat well.
  4. Gently melt together the chocolate and butter.
  5. Stir this into the mixing bowl.
  6. Tip the mixture into the prepared baking tray.
  7. Bake for 25-28 minutes.
  8. Cut into squares or slices before serving warm or cold.
