Teff Brownie
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Rub some oil around a 18x23cm/7x9” baking tray.
- Break up the chocolate and melt it gently with the butter.
- Put the flour, baking powder and sugar into a bowl and stir to combine.
- Add the egg, milk, and vanilla and beat well.
- Tip the melted chocolate and butter into the mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes.
- Leave to cool in the tin then cut into squares.
White Chocolate Drizzle (Optional)
- Heat the cream until warm to the touch.
- Remove from the heat, add the white chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Spoon or pour the chocolate drizzle over the brownie squares in a zig-zag action.
