Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • 75g oil
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 150g FREEE Self Raising White Flour
  • 100g fresh blueberries
  • paper muffin cases

Method

  1. Stand the muffin cases in the holes of a muffin or tart tray and pre-heat the oven.
  2. Put the oil, yogurt, sugar and egg into a large bowl and beat together well.
  3. Add the flour and stir to combine.
  4. Stir in the blueberries.
  5. Divide mixture between the prepared muffin cases and bake.
