Avocado and Pomegranate Open Sandwich


  • 1 slice wholemeal bread
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 0.5 avocado pear
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • salt and pepper


  1. Take a thick slice of bread and drizzle the pomegranate molasses evenly over the surface.
  2. Lay basil leaves over the slice.
  3. Slice or chop the avocado and spread it over the basil.
  4. Scatter the pomegranate seeds over the avocado.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
