Our Organic Wholemeal Spelt Flour is milled the old fashioned way, using only whole grains in the stoneground process, to create a 100% wholemeal spelt flour that has complex flavours and bakes a delicious loaf.

This flour is excellent, the bread has a rich nutty flavour and makes superb toast. I also use it for pastry, rock cakes, scones …. would highly recommend.

This is marvellous flour, makes delicious bread, which bakes perfectly every time. If you like extra texture try adding 125g mixture of organic raw buckwheat and organic Austrian pumpkin seeds to 500g Doves Farm Organic wholemeal spelt, keeps well and makes spectacular toast.
