Excellent flour, I can make the best foolproof bread with this flour. Have tried other bread flours but don’t get anywhere near the same results. Just wish the whole meal was more readily available in supermarkets, I can get the extra strong white bread flour but not whole meal

I have used this product for some years and always found it very satisfactory. My most recent order arrived undamaged and very quickly. My experience is that the "best by dates" are reasonably far ahead but shorter than for Strong White ordered at the same time.
