I have ordered before the same flour but in 16kg and have liked it a lot. This one that I have ordered recently in 24k g looks darker and the bread is not raising properly...It is a bit disappointing with its quality as it says organic and strong.

I'm buying my second 25kg bag which probably says it all. I'm using it for sourdough and it provides very consistent results

Excellent flour - the best. I have always used since I became aware of Doves Farm at least eight or nine years ago and it still tastes good - lets hope it stays that way. I always use fresh yeast - never dried as it gives an inferior loaf in my opinion - and yes you can use fresh yeast in your bread maker just make sure you calculate the correct amount!
