Ingredients: flour (wheat*, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, folic acid, thiamine), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
Allergy advice: for allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of barley, rye.

Milled in the UK with EU & Non-EU wheat.
Storage: roll down the top after use and store in a cool dry place.

This is a great bread flour and I would recommend it for all bread recipes. Unfortunately my order was damaged by DPD delivery service and on arrival , although dpd had tried to tape the box one of the bags of flour had split . This should have been addressed by them so not having a go at Doves farm , but they (you) may want to consider using a more careful carrier. NB Service from Simon (at Doves Farm )on the phone was first class.

I'm very pleased with the "Organic Strong White Bread Flour", I use nothing else for my bread making at the moment and use approximately 7.5Kg every 2-3 months. I also use other Doves Farm flour for bread and other baked products, all of which I'm very happy with. Unfortunately I wasn't at all happy about my latest delivery! The packing was dreadful due to 10 bags of flour being put into a large flat box (only one bag of flour high) with the label attached to one of the sides of said box. This caused DPD to stand the box on it's side to read the label (I presume), this caused the flour to slide across the large flat box. Every bag had been squashed to the point of almost bursting. In fact I am shocked the box wasn't full of loose flour. So, 5 stars for the flour, 1 star for the delivery, average 3 stars!

This is excellent flour which I use for all our bread using a bread maker. Lovely loaves. I usually add a little of the Doves Farm wholemeal bread flour to make a mixed loaf
