Perfect for my sourdough. I was initially worried about adding too much, not sure how it would affect the taste and the whole process. The result was fantastic. Nice nutty taste, very light in texture. Eat the last bits on day 4 after baking, still good and tasty. Highly recommended for your bread baking project.
