This Einkorn flour makes easy to digest bread. Great if you have gluten intolerance or wheat allergy. Home baked, no preservatives or unnecessary additives and I can make what I need, as I need it, fresh! I find it nice toasted with butter. P S. As yet I haven't found a supermarket that stocks it so have to buy direct which is more costly due to delivery, but still worth it.
