Milled from the finest, sustainably-grown traditional and durum wheat – this fine, creamy white, organic flour can be used for making fresh pasta and homemade pizza. It is also suitable in recipes that call for 00 flour.
This product is Soil Association and Kosher certified.

Ingredients: flour (wheat*, calcium carbonate, iron, thiamine, niacin), durum wheat*

I really love this flour! I have used it for pizza dough in my bread maker - turns out great. Pasta really easy to make from it too. I also use it for sauces as the flour is so fine it never gets lumps in it. Highly recommend.
