Milled from the finest, sustainably-grown traditional and durum wheat – this fine, creamy white, organic flour can be used for making fresh pasta and homemade pizza. It is also suitable in recipes that call for 00 flour.
This product is Soil Association and Kosher certified.

ORGANIC Pizza & Pasta Flour
Ingredients: flour (wheat*, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, folic acid, thiamine), durum wheat*
Allergy advice: for allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of barley rye.

Milled in the UK with EU & Non-EU wheat.
Storage: roll down the top after use and store in a cool dry place.
Packaging material: paper.

I really love this flour! I have used it for pizza dough in my bread maker - turns out great. Pasta really easy to make from it too. I also use it for sauces as the flour is so fine it never gets lumps in it. Highly recommend.
