We have used Doves Organic Malthouse flour for nearly 30 years,( not the same bag as I purchased recently!!)in our various bread making machines. Always a success and always delicious, with its nutty flavour. Had to try other flours during lockdown- as unable to procure Doves and there was no comparison. We love it.

I have been using Doves organic flours for years and I’ve recently started making bread with Malthouse bread flour. I used to make organic wholemeal or white but as this makes a such a tasty loaf, either for sandwiches or toasted for breakfast, it has become my go to flour. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
