Ingredients: flour (wheat*, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, folic acid, thiamine), malted wheat flakes*15%, rye*3 %, barley malt flour* 3%, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

I have been using Doves organic flours for years and I’ve recently started making bread with Malthouse bread flour. I used to make organic wholemeal or white but as this makes a such a tasty loaf, either for sandwiches or toasted for breakfast, it has become my go to flour. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
