This makes great bread, but if mixed with 50% white it is delicious. The 50% Malthouse 50% strong white bread flour is now our loaf of choice. Regardless of the type of loaf, I used the basic recipe for Malthouse on this website. I used the ‘specialist’ setting on my bread maker.
