Great tasting Organic Ancient Grain Spelt Flakes, delivered on time and with trackable updates. The flakes are a great way to add a crunchy topping to yoghurt and forest fruits, with a drizzle of honey over the top. I love a bowl of flakes, with coco milk, not only for breakfast but also if I feel peckish in the evening.

Simply delicious! The flakes have a satisfying crunch, are filling and don't become soggy in milk. There is just enough sweetness for my taste. I serve them with berries and slices of banana.
