Love the spelt flakes. Exactly what it says on the box. No added sugars or any flavours or anything else. Just lovely spelt flavour, a great alternative to wheat if you're sensitive to it like me (or even if you're not), so I've been waiting for this for years! Thank you Doves Farm!

Organic anything has got to be welcomed in these days of processed foods. On its own though the spelt flakes are exceptionally bland so I recommend mixing with any organic fruit and nuts and/or coconut flakes to liven it up. Think of it as a base to add other things as on its own is exceedingly boring. Would be even better if it came pre mixed with fruit and nuts to make a more appetising and complete cereal. The 375g box like their other products is too small and should be maxxed out to 500g minimum.
