Our webshop is closed temporarily. We plan to be open again on Monday morning. We are currently only selling a ‘gluten free food box’ intended for coeliacs and those with gluten intolerances. Unfortunately, we are unable to take online orders for anything else at this stage. This is due to continued high demand and limited order processing capability in our webshop operation.

This white rice flour made a nice light gluten free loaf of bread in my Panasonic bread machine, following the Gluten and Wheat Free recipe and set on the normal white bread 4 hour program. I recommend it. I shall try the brown rice flour next time to compare.

Hey! I was wondering if you could possibly give the ratio of brown rice to white rice in this blend? i mix up a variety of gluten free flours, this being one of them (for the white rice flour component - we cant get that in ireland yet on its own) - and i need to calculate my starch:protein ratio correctly. Could you please provide the information per 100g? I would be very grateful!

I used the white rice flour in a victoria sponge cake recipe and it is absolutly delicious.I had trouble finding a stockist of the flour and only bought one packet-all my family and friends loved the cake so much i've baked 3 big cakes and 12 cupcakes in 3 days and used all the flour. Nobody who tasted it has any allergies or food intolerances but loved the taste. I'm going to buy more than one bag next time!!!!
