Definitely the right choice, if you want a gluten free, high protein alternative to wheat pasta. The almost absent taste of green peas makes it the perfect replacement for wheat pasta in basically any pasta dish.

The best gluten and grain free pasta that we’ve tried. Texture is so close to wheat pasta. Doesn’t taste of peas.
