This Gluten Free flour is a blend milled from naturally gluten free rice, potato, tapioca and maize. It is perfect for anyone on a gluten free diet who is also trying to avoid buckwheat, and can be substituted for everyday self raising flour, although it will require a little extra liquid in most recipes.
This 16kg sack is ideal for very keen bakers, small bakeries, catering companies, schools and very busy food service kitchens.

GLUTEN FREE Self Raising White Flour Without Buckwheat
Ingredients: flour blend (rice, tapioca, potato and maize), raising agent (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), thickener (xanthan gum).
Allergy advice: gluten free.
Ingredients from more than one country. Milled and packed in the UK.
Storage: store in cool dry conditions. Avoid direct sunlight. To keep flour at its best, roll down top after use.
