This 4kg catering pack of golden cookie crumb made from naturally gluten free flour, is ideal for cheesecake bases.
1. Melt 300g butter.
2. Stir in 1kg Cookie Crumb.
3. Press into 4 oiled 8" cheesecake tins.
4. Chill for 30 minutes.
5. Add cheesecake topping as per your recipe.
