This 4kg catering pack of golden cookie crumb made from naturally gluten free flour, is ideal for cheesecake bases.

Cheesecake Base

1. Melt 300g butter.

2. Stir in 1kg Cookie Crumb.

3. Press into 4 oiled 8" cheesecake tins.

4. Chill for 30 minutes.

5. Add cheesecake topping as per your recipe.

Gluten free flour blend (brown rice, potato, maize) sugar 29%, palm oil, rice malt, raising agent sodium bicarbonate.

Ingredients from more than one country. Made in the UK.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep airtight.
