These indulgent Double Chocolate Cookies are baked in our dedicated gluten free bakery in Wiltshire that does not use gluten, milk, peanut, egg or soya. We combine cocoa and chocolate chips containing 55% cocoa solids, with our special blend of naturally gluten free flours and some sugar. Distinctive, distinguished and delicious, our Double Chocolate Cookies are organic and Fairtrade too!

This product is Coeliac UK, Vegetarian Society, Soil Association, Fairtrade and Kosher certified.

GLUTEN FREE ORGANIC Double Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients: gluten free flour blend* (brown rice*, potato*, maize*), sugar*19%, chocolate chips*16% (sugar*, cocoa mass*, cocoa butter*), palm oil*, corn syrup*, cocoa powder*4%, quinoa flour*, carob*, corn starch*, raising agents sodium bicarbonate and mono-calcium phosphate. Chocolate chips contain 55% cocoa solids minimum.

Allergy advice: gluten free, we test for gluten, milk, peanut, egg and soya.

Ingredients from more than one country. Baked in the UK.

These cookies tick all the ethical boxes that are so important to me AND they are absolutely delicious. I am thrilled that they are not only vegan but also organic, fair trade and wheat-free.
