An intriguing new way to eat pasta, which is quick and easy to cook, and ideal for a mid-week dinner with a twist. This buckwheat pasta is especially delicious with a creamy sauce!

Cooking*: per portion boil 1lt of water and 1tsp salt, then stir in 100g pasta. Boil for 5 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute until it is 'al dente'. Drain and serve immediately.

Very tasty. A very light in the stomach pasta. tends to stick easily, found cooking over a lower heat is best. Also survives reheating which a variety of other alt-pastas don't (tho will gloop together if not well oiled when cold). Shame it's so pricey.
