Ingredients: buckwheat flour*.
Allergy advice: gluten and egg free.
Ingredients from more than one country. Made in Italy.
Storage: store in a cool dark place.

Cooking*: per portion boil 1lt of water and 1tsp salt, then stir in 100g pasta. Boil for 5 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute until it is 'al dente'. Drain and serve immediately.
