I recently started milling my own wheat grain and couldn't understand why the grain I was using wasn't giving me a good rise until I found out about the protein. After a lightbulb moment I thought I'd look on Dove's Farm and discovered their wheat grain. I bought a sack and tried it out and got such a good rise that I immediately bought two more sacks which should last me a goodly while in my storage bins. Thank you for saving my baking Dove's Farm.

Best whole meal flour I’ve used. Freshly milled means more natural oils preserved which makes for a more moist flavour full and nutritious loaf. Love it.
