into a bowl, mix & cover loosely, leave in a warm place for 12 hours.

Add

Stir in

Mix in

Combine

Blend in

Each day  mix in;

1 tbsp flour

1 tbsp water

cover loosely, leave in a warm place for 24 hours.

Mix

100g culture

200g flour

300ml water

cover ferment loosely, leave in a warm place for 4 – 12 hours.
