We have developed an award winning range of Gluten Free Flours for home use. These unique flours will open up your world of gluten free baking.
Our gluten free flour blends can be substituted in most recipes, providing a little extra liquid is added, although you should follow our special on pack recipe for bread. Pastry, batter and dumplings will require extra liquid and should be rested for this to be absorbed before cooking. Use extra liquid in donut and dumpling batter and pre-bake these before deep frying.
