The Allergy and Free From Show is where we share expert advice and tips, enjoy the very best of free-from baking and cooking, and of course try the latest free-from products. As always, it was a pleasure to see so many of you at this year’s Liverpool show and we hope you enjoyed the great variety of gluten free demonstrations and activities that we had on our stand.

It was a great chance for us to celebrate the launch of FREEE by Doves Farm, showcase some delicious recipes in our FREEE by Doves Farm Kitchen, as well as welcome some amazing guest chefs such as MasterChef 2016 winner Jane Devonshire, The Great British Bake Off contestant Howard Middleton, Lizzie King, Christine Bailey, Nathalie Newman, and many more into our Guest Kitchen to show you how to make tempting gluten free dishes over the weekend. A huge thank you to all of our guest chefs, our live bands, yoga instructors and face painters for making the show another one to remember. We hope you found the demonstrations useful, enjoyed trying our new products and went home ready to FREEE your inner baker!
