Gluten free food, without any nasties

We believe in safe gluten free food that uses quality whole grains and natural-based ingredients. As a result, all of the flour used in our products is milled from naturally gluten free raw ingredients, such as rice, quinoa, chickpea, tapioca, potato, maize and buckwheat.  We also carefully select other essential ingredients, such as raising agents or organic dried fruit.

We fully disclose every ingredient we use, which you can find listed on the product label and on our website. Each of our products are tested for gluten and are approved by Coeliac UK, the UK’s leading charity for those with coeliac disease and gluten free diet experts.

The things we leave out

What’s inside our products really matters to us, but what we don’t add is just as important. Here’s what you won’t find in any of our products:

No enzymes

No hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC)

No colourings

No artificial flavourings

No hydrogenated fat

No genetically modified (GM) ingredients

No nuts
