Hey!
I was wondering if you could possibly give the ratio of brown rice to white rice in this blend? i mix up a variety of gluten free flours, this being one of them (for the white rice flour component - we cant get that in ireland yet on its own) - and i need to calculate my starch:protein ratio correctly. Could you please provide the information per 100g? I would be very grateful!

I have used this flour for all my gluten free recipes. It make really light sponges and delicious chocolate brownies.

I used the white rice flour in a victoria sponge cake recipe and it is absolutly delicious.I had trouble finding a stockist of the flour and only bought one packet-all my family and friends loved the cake so much i've baked 3 big cakes and 12 cupcakes in 3 days and used all the flour. Nobody who tasted it has any allergies or food intolerances but loved the taste. I'm going to buy more than one bag next time!!!!
