We have had to streamline our webshop operation as much as possible to allow us to help as many customers as possible during this challenging time.
Reducing the number of items we sell makes it quicker for us to pack and ship out to customers, thus allowing us to serve more people.
Q: What should I do if I am not happy with one of your products that I have purchased?

Q: My order has arrived, but it is incorrect, what should I do?
The best thing to do is email us as soon as possible on email@example.com and explain, with your order number, the issue.

Q: How much is delivery?

Q: How do I know when my order will be dispatched with DPD?
To track your order, use the tracking number sent to you in your despatch confirmation email, this will take you to the DPD website.
Q: I haven't received my package, what should I do?
Please be aware we are currently working to a 8-10 day delivery time but in this unlikely scenario, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we will investigate the issue for you asap.
Q: I live close by or am going via Doves Farm. Can I pick up my order rather than having it delivered?
Unfortunately not; we do not have the facility to deduct a delivery charge from orders, or an onsite shop at Doves Farm.
Q: Can you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes we can, please see our delivery details page for more information. However, the online shop is currently closed due to unprecedented demand. We hope to open again soon.
Q: Do you deliver outside of Europe?
We currently don’t deliver to any non-European destinations.
Q: Where do you deliver in Europe?
