WHEN WILL A PRODUCT BE BACK IN STOCK?
We are re-introducing more products as time goes by. If a particular item you want is out of stock you can click the "email me when back in stock" link to receive an alert when that product becomes available again.
CAN I ORDER OVER THE TELEPHONE?
Unfortunately no, we cannot take payment details over the telephone. Please do not call to try and make a purchase over the phone as our phone lines are still very busy.
CAN I CHANGE OR SELECT THE SPECIFIC ITEMS IN MY GLUTEN FREE BOX OR MY ORGANIC BOX?
Unfortunately no. To keep up with the demand for orders we are pre-packing these boxes, which means that selecting specific items is not possible at this time.
WHY ARE SOME ITEMS LIMITED TO AN AMOUNT PER ORDER?
Some items have a quantity limit in order to allow us to serve as many people as possible.
AN ITEM IN MY BOX IS DAMAGED WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If one of your items has been damaged in transit please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, including your order number, postal address and details of the item damaged (with a photo if possible).
