Q: When will you be re-opening for new online orders?

We are working hard to clear the backlog of existing orders and increase our order processing capability in our online shop. As soon as we are in a position to fully or partly re-open for new orders, we will.

Q: I placed an order before the online shop closed. When will I receive it?

We are working as fast as we can to clear all existing orders. It can currently take up to 10 days for your order to arrive. Especially if you placed your order in the period from the 13th - 16th March.

 

We hope to be up and running again soon and would like to thank you all for your continued support.
