I notice that you have a list for Fair trade products does that mean that your flours are not fair trade?

Great results baking mini cupcakes. However, as the carbs are high, does this register high on the glycaemic index?

Hi Cyndi, yes, the self raising flour is also suitable for a vegan diet.

I have used Dove's Farm flours for several years due to food allergies. I am concerned that these have now been given new packaging and no longer labelled "wheat free".

The ingredients of our gluten free blends have not changed. It is just the wording on the packets that has been altered. Our gluten free flours do not contain any wheat or gluten. We apologise for any confusion.

I used this flour blend for both the brownie receipe on the back of the packet which was very nice but i felt a little dense, then i made the fairy cakes from the receipe also on the back of the flour packet and added 2 heaped tsps of coffee and 1/2 tsp of baking powder for extra lift and only used 3 instead of 5 spoons of liquid at the end, which resulted in an amazingly light fluffy cake! so yes very pleased to have this flour blend to play with! Thank you Doves!!
