Barleycorn flour is made from wheat and barley flours combined with malted barley flakes and Omega 3 rich linseeds. It is ideal for use in the oven or bread machines, and makes fantastic granary bread.
This pack contains five 1kilo packs for use on separate occasions. Using this 1kilo size pack you can bake two loaves or around 24 good Barleycorn rolls.
