Buckwheat flour is stoneground from naturally gluten and wheat free buckwheat, sometimes known as Sarrasin. This flour has a speckled appearance and slightly sweet taste. This 100% buckwheat flour is ideal for pancakes, blini, noodle and pasta making.
Common buckwheat was domesticated and first cultivated in southeast Asia, possibly around 6000 BC. This case contains five 1kg bags of flour.
