Buckwheat flour is stoneground from naturally gluten and wheat free buckwheat, sometimes known as Sarrasin. This flour has a speckled appearance and slightly sweet taste. Common buckwheat was domesticated and first cultivated in southeast Asia, possibly around 6000 BC.
This 100% buckwheat flour is ideal for pancakes, blini, noodle and pasta making. This is a 25Kg sack.
