Previous classes have incuded tips and recipes for making fantastic fresh bread, death by chocolate style ganache, light and fluffy fruit scones, and smoked salmon quiche.
The custom built cookery school in Cloughjordan, Co. Tipperary is situated in the coach yard of the elegant 400 year old house. Classes aim to help those wishing to improve their gluten free baking and cookery skills and also offers a great escape for those wanting to turn the event into a weekend away.
Doves Farm flours are promoted as the best for their ingredients list. A Cloughjordan House spokesperson said, "Our favourite is the plain white and self raising gluten free flour blends as they are so versatile and can be substituted for regular flour in non gluten free recipes too. The beauty of these flours is that you have a perfect blend in one bag. We use the white flour blend for bread, cakes, pastries and even sauces, and all our students are thrilled to have found flour that they can use for almost anything."
