Join Gluten Free Chef and Author of Gluten Free Baking For Kids Adriana Rabinovich at one of her upcoming workshops on gluten free baking and pastry.
The workshops will be held at The MIele Experience Centre in Abingdon, Oxfordshire which is conveniently located just off the A34 with free parking.
Saturday 12th March- Bread, Pastry and Biscuit Making Workshop 10 - 2 pm followed by lunch
This course will focus on pastry making skills. You will learn how to make delicious pastry for use in both sweet and savoury pies and tarts. We will also focus on biscuits, working on getting optimum texture, flavour and taste. This is a fun and practical course, suitable for both beginners and experienced cooks.
