Love baking? Go Cupcake Crazy!
Doves Farm are running a competition to get the nation baking!
If you love baking and fancy the chance to WIN one of three fantastic Doves Farm Baking Hampers worth up to £55, your time to shine is now!
Just bake your most 'Creative Cupcakes', take two photos and post them on Facebook - submission couldn't be simpler! Upload, tag and caption your entry as detailed below between September 10th and October 4th 2012 to be in with a chance of winning!
'Liking' submitted cup cakes on Facebook registers a vote online. When voting closes on October 4th, entries with the most 'Likes' will go forward for judging in front of an expert panel. Gold, Silver and Bronze prize winners will be announced on October 5th.
With the opportunity to demonstrate your cup cake creativity any way you wish, we're expecting some interesting entries. The only limitation: all cupcakes must be edible. Why not bake a savoury cupcake, or one which includes some unusual ingredients? You could focus on allergen-free baking, or go completely Fairtrade. Interesting presentation could be championed, from bespoke decoration or frosting techniques, to variations on traditional size. The choice is yours.

Entry
Entrants should use their Facebook profiles to upload two images of their competition entry. One should be of the finished cupcake(s) and one should show the inside in a cut-through or bitten view. Only one entry is permitted per person, but images can include more than one cupcake.
Entrants must 'Like' the Doves Farm Foods local business profile and befriend the person profile in order to correctly submit their photographs into the competition. They should then 'Tag' the Doves Farm person profile well as themselves in the two images they upload, and add a 'Caption' which includes the 'Name' of their entry and the ingredients used. This should read as follows:
e.g. 'Death by Chocolate': Self Raising Flour, Sugar, Eggs, Butter, Baking Powder, Plain Chocolate and Milk Chocolate - with Doves Farm Foods
A link should then be posted on the Doves Farm Foods local business profile to these images.
Voting
Entries will be judged in two stages. They will first be judged online between the opening and closing dates of the competition (September 10th - October 4th):
Voters should 'Like' the Doves Farm Foods local business profile in order to cast their vote correctly. They must then 'Like' both images of the cupcake(s) they think deserve a prize, and are able to vote for more than one entry if they so wish. Entrants can use their own Facebook, Twitter and any other social networking profiles to generate interest around their entry and provide links for voting. They should 'Tag' or 'Tweet' Doves Farm Foods or @Dovesfarm when doing so, and use the hashtag #CreativeCupcakes
When online voting closes on October 4th, total 'Likes' will be calculated and then the shortlisted high scorers will be judged by an expert panel at Doves Farm. The Gold, Silver and Bronze prize winners will be announced on Friday October 5th.
Prizes
There are three Baking Hampers* on offer for the winners of the Cupcake Celebration Competition 2012. They are as follows:
Gold Luxury Baking Doves Farm Gift Hamper
This includes two mixing bowls, silicone spatula, rolling pin, star-shaped cutters, pastry brush, 12 bun and heart-shaped silicone moulds, kitchen mat and Doves Farm recipe cards. Winners may then choose from the Organic or Gluten Free Doves Farm product range, which include either 1kg bags of Plain Flour, Self Raising Flour and Spelt Flour, Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda and Wholewheat Digestive Biscuits, OR 1kg bags of Gluten Free Plain Four, Gluten Free Self Raising Flour and Rice Flour, Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda, Xanthan Gum and Lemon Zest Cookies.
Silver Baking Essentials Doves Farm Gift Hamper

Bronze Flours and Baking Requisites Hamper
This is the winner's choice of Organic or Gluten Free Doves Farm product range, of either 1kg bags of Plain Flour, Self Raising Flour and Spelt Flour, Baking Powder and Bicarbonate of Soda, OR 1kg bags of Gluten Free Plain Flour, Gluten Free Self Raising Flour and Rice Flour, Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda and Xanthan Gum. Both options come with Doves Farm recipe cards.
