Author of “The Gluten-Free Cookbook for Kids”, Adriana runs fantastic Gluten Free Workshops at a range of Cookery School locations.

Adriana's usual home, the Miele Experience Centre in Abingdon, are refurbishing their kitchens currently but she is moving her fantastic Bread and Pastry workshop to another nearby location. The Stirring Stuff Cookery School in Henley-on-Thames is where her next course will be held.

A hands on baking workshop designed to build your confidence in gluten free baking, these workshops focus on the two most difficult areas for gluten free cooking, bread and pastry. Under the expert tuition of Adriana Rabinovich you will learn how to make great tasting bread and amazingly crisp and light pastry. You will also look at the specifics of baking without gluten so that you can adapt traditional wheat based recipes. Using both demonstrations and hands on practical work, these workshops are designed to give you lots of ideas, tips and techniques to increase your gluten free repertoire. All ingredients used are included in the price of this course, with a kind donation of flours and yeast from Doves Farm. Take home tasty baking you can be proud of, that the whole family will enjoy!

Please note that this course is for adults only, but children over 16 may be considered. Additional dietary restrictions including dairy and lactose intolerance can be accommodated.
