This recipe ideally calls for a preheated cast iron Dutch oven (before we had one of these I used the crock pot from the slow cooker)
A lovely spongey pudding which serves around 5 people.
These delicious gluten free muffins are also low in fat. I often substitute different fruits such as blueberries or add some chocolate chips.
Quick and easy scones that will rise.

The addition of KAMUT® khorasan flour and sunflower, pumpkin & linseeds in this sourdough bread recipe makes for an extremely tasty & nutritious loaf. As well as providing a nuttiness to the flavour, the KAMUT® flour also seems to have a pleasing effect on crust texture & colour. This recipe makes 2x1kg loaves.
This is a really wholesome loaf, perfect to accompany soup or cheese, or just on its own.
After craving some wheat alternative cookies for days, I decided to give a basic cookie recipe a go making my own amendments so that it was also dairy free. A perfect cookie!
This recipe will tickle taste buds! A homemade recipe from both me and my cousin, a unordinary experiment of different foods, sauces & herbs. If your choosing to make cheese on toast then definitely consider this one!
