having tried and tested my Coeliac friend says this is the closest to real bread she had had. I think the olive oil is the key.

Seeded Sourdough with Kamut® Khorasan flour

The addition of KAMUT® khorasan flour and sunflower, pumpkin & linseeds in this sourdough bread recipe makes for an extremely tasty & nutritious loaf. As well as providing a nuttiness to the flavour, the KAMUT® flour also seems to have a pleasing effect on crust texture & colour. This recipe makes 2x1kg loaves.

Spelt Chocolate Chip Cookies

After craving some wheat alternative cookies for days, I decided to give a basic cookie recipe a go making my own amendments so that it was also dairy free. I also substituted the brown sugar for molasses for a richer tasting cookie. These came out a huge success and the texture can only be described as soft and gooey but crispy on the outside. A perfect cookie!
