Herb Dumplings are easy to prepare and add great texture and substance to a stew.
| 200 g | Plain Wholemeal Flour or Plain White Flour |
| 100 g | Shredded Suet |
| 1 tsp | Baking Powder |
| 2 tbsps | Chopped Parsley |
| 1 tsp | Thyme |
| 1 | Pinch of Salt |
| 1 | Pinch of Pepper |
| 1 | Egg |

Wow!!! i thpought i was making mini dumplings however these things grew and grew!!! really fluffy and light! I replaced the thyme with parsley mmmm xxx
