Harriets Allergen Free Fig Biscuits

A free from biscuit that has all the sweetness and flavour to eat.

Ingredients

400 kgDove plain free from flour
100 kgTrex vegetable fat
6 tbspsCarotino cooking oil
6 tbspsMayple syrup
100 kgChopped dried figs

Method

  1. Cream trex, oil and syrup.
  2. Add flour gradually until all is mixed in.
  3. Add figs until evenly blended.
  4. Scoop a small amount of the mixture and bring together in your hands making a dough.
  5. Shape the dough into a biscuit shape on a metal tray and bake for around 10 minutes or until just beginning to brown.
