topping is for one or more depending on quantity used the bake mix makes 3 or 4 semi circles if you are not wheat free or gluten free other breads and pittas can be used as a base

Ingredients

250 gflour of choice
25 mloil/or butter
330 mlwater
0 NO yeast NO egg
0 salt only if you have it
2 tbspstopping of choice
2 tbspspizza toppings/ready store or other dehydrated food mix with rice?
25 gTomato and salad to serve and garnish

Method

  1. mix flour small quantity of oil and water
  2. (upto 330 ML to mix)
  3. bake on a pan or in microwave in an omeletted style plastic pan or sillicone container depending on your cooker
  4. can be frying pan baked use a little butter or oil to smear the pan or cook on partchment in oven to avoid sticking
  5. add topping mixed as directed on any packet

garnish...and bake or grill the top until as brown or singed as desired. Serve with salad or vegetables as liked and not allergic to.

Temperature & cooking time:
190c or high in the microwave time dependant on water in mix and your cooker or oven approx 20 mins in a typical oven and upto 4and a half minutes in microwave for bake and then browning time with topping on
