| 75 g | Butter |
| 150 g | Ginger Oat Biscuits |
| 200 g | Full Fat Cream Cheese |
| 125 g | Condensed Milk |
| 1 tsp | Ground Cardamom |
| 2 tbsps | Muscavado Sugar |
| 1 | Orange Rind & Juice |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 1 tbsp | Icing Sugar |
Temperature & cooking time:
Fan Oven 150 / Conventional Oven 160 / Gas 4

Don't waste your money on this recipe, there must be something missing as the filling is only 1/2" deep when cooked and its sickly sweet, although cardammon and orange is a lovely I will use it elsewhere on a good cheesecake recipe.
