| 100 g | Prunes |
| 50 g | Dried Cranberries |
| 5 tbsps | Amaretto or Fruit Juice |
| 250 g | Sugar |
| 3 | Eggs |
| 125 g | Double Cream |
| 150 g | Self Raising Flour |
| 200 g | Plain Chocolate |
| 100 g | Macadamia Nuts |
| 100 g | Pecan Nuts |
1.Cut the prunes into quarters and put them in a mug with the cranberries and Amaretto. Cover and leave overnight.
2.Beat together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
3.Stir in the cream and flour.
4.Gently melt the chocolate then mix it in.
5.Stir in the soaked fruits & most of the macadamia and pecans.
6.Line a 20x30cm/8x12" oven dish with grease proof.
7.Pour in the mix & scatter remaining nuts on top.
8.Bake in a pre heated oven for 40/45 minutes.
