Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

12  Paper Cake Cases  
150g/6oz   Caster Sugar  
150g/6oz   Butter  
2   Eggs  
1/2tsp   Vanilla Extract  
175g/7oz   Self Raising White Flour  
3tbsp   Cocoa  
2tbsp   Milk  
75g/3oz   Milk Chocolate Flakes  

Method

  1. Stand the cake cases on a baking or tart tray.
  2. Beat together the sugar and butter.
  3. Beat in the eggs, vanilla, flour, and milk.
  4. Fill the cake cases with the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate flakes over each muffin.
  6. Bake in a pre heated oven for 20/25 minutes.


 

 

Temperature & cooking time:
20/25mins at 200°C/Fan180°C/400°F/Gas 6
