Chocolate Buns

Our recipe

Very easy to make this recipe makes 6 large muffins. If you use small paper cake cases instead reduce the cooking time.

Ingredients

100g/4oz Sunflower Oil
2tbsp Natural Yogurt
100g/4oz Caster Sugar
1 Egg
125g/5oz Self Raising White Flour
1tbsp Cocoa
100g/4oz Plain Chocolate Chips
6 Muffin Cases

Method

  1. In a larger bowl beat together the oil, yogurt, sugar and egg.
  2. Mix in the flour and cocoa.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon into paper muffin cases standing on a baking tray.
  5. Bake in a pre heated oven for 20/25 minutes.



 

 

Temperature & cooking time:
20/25mins at 190°C/Fan170°C/375°F/Gas 5
