| ¼ tsp | Vanilla Extract |
| 75 g | Self Raising White Flour or |
| 75 g | Self Raising Wholemeal Flour or |
| 75 g | Gluten Free Self Raising Flour |
| 1 tbsp | Milk |
| 50 g | Butter |
| 75 g | Icing Sugar |

Delicious light fluffy cakes. Cannot tell they are gluten free using Dove Farms SR flour. Will be making these a lot (especially as my little girl is trying to eat them as fast as I can make them!)
