| 125 g | Gluten free Self Raising Flour Blend |
| 1 | Egg |
| 150 g | Milk |
| 25 g | Melted Butter |
| 75 g | Blueberries |
| 1 tbsp | Oil |
| 1 tsp | Baking Powder |
| 1 | Syrup to serve |
| 25 g | Blueberries to serve |
